Refund Policy

 

HDD solutions OÜ, hereinafter referred to as “HDD Sondes”, provides a limited 100-day warranty on underground sondes (transmitters), hereinafter referred to as “sondes”.

 

Terms

  • Any sonde found to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired and/or exchanged at the discretion of HDD Sondes.
  • No monetary refunds will be issued for sonde products.
  • In certain cases, store credit may be issued toward a future purchase.
  • Used equipment, special orders, and custom-fabricated items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer shall:

  • pay for return shipping unless HDD Sondes has explicitly authorized in writing that return shipping will be covered by HDD Sondes;
  • bear all shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during return shipment;
  • use reputable shipping carriers and provide tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation for all returned items.

 

Return Shipment Back to the Customer

Once the defective item has been repaired or replaced, it will be shipped back to the Customer using ground shipping or another standard delivery method, subject to this policy.

 

Additional Terms

The Limited Warranty, along with all applicable disclaimers and exclusions, is contained in the Master Terms of Service Agreement. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they have read and accepted those terms.
